it is not ok to question the quality of a person's work.

	if you have problems say 'can we have option 2 on report 7', not make general statements about a person or item of work


lack of manners and politeness is not acceptable in the corporate or government sectors, by anyone


salaries should be paid on the correct day and be the correct amount //the case.


asking personal questions, e.g. about a person's family or their personal opinions, shouldn't happen




an 'employee' is someone engaged in an arrangement of employment.

	is it not a type of person or legal status, it does not apply outside work hours (apart from confidentiality etc), 

	it may be the case for one period of time and not another.

	the arrangement is that some work take place (sending emails to customers, planning new products etc),

	that is the reason for being there.
